We use insured next day delivery. We try to get the GPS tracker to you two days before your planned hire date / trip. For any last minute books, please call or email to check availability and delivery dates.

Yes, all subscriptions and mapping software are included. You will receive full instructions on how to start tracking and how to login to the tracking website. This will enable you to share your journey with all your family and friends. As each tracker requires a contact list, we can update and configure the GPS tracker for you. Just ensure that you provide us with all the required contacts before we post the tracker to you.

The tracker needs to be in the post the day after you return. We can at an additional cost provide you will the insured next day delivery envelope. The makes returning the tracker very quick and easy for you. Just pop it in the post and email us the tracking number. You can buy your own return postage but please ensure that it is insured and tracked.

The tracker needs to have insurance during your hire period. Most of our customers do have insurance via their own personal house or travel insurance but we can provide insurance at an additional costs, please contact us to discuss options in advance.

Yes, you can take the GPS tracker outside of the UK. The GPS tracker is designed to work almost every where in the world but please let us know just in case we need to provide you with any paperwork or confirmation in writing to ensure you have no issues when overseas.
